Founder & Chairman
Francis Yip
Francis Yip participated in the Youth Outreach since he was a student, acting the role of a social worker to assist teens in getting back on track through communication and sharing. He continues the work by fundraising and supporting social enterprises to launch teenagers’ programme. He believes every youngster is the future of society, therefore, he founded the Embracelife Foundation with his friends to support organizations who work with the young generation.

Patti Ho
Patti Ho has chaired and organized many fundraising events, such as the Hong Kong Ballet Ball (1989), the Asia Television Limited fundraising show for The Community Chest Hong Kong (1992), Music from Our Hearts Charity Concert (2001-2014), the Sichuan Charity Bazaar for the Salvation Army (2008) and the Charity Gala Dinner for the Hong Kong Hereditary and High Risk Breast Cancer Programme (2007 and 2009). She is currently a fundraising advisor of the Hong Kong Hereditary Breast Cancer Family Registry. Patti completed training by Quality Mentorship Network and is a qualified mentor for underprivileged youth.

Catherine Yip
Catherine Yip retired from being the COO of DG Lifestyle Store (previously
known as Designer Group Company Ltd.), the largest Apple Reseller chain store in Hong Kong and China since 1994. In year 2005 onward, she has expanded her retail network further to Singapore and Macau. She is active in many charitable events and sponsor many charity premieres, including Tung Wah Group of Hospitals and the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation, Concerted Efforts Resource Centre, etc.

Caroline Ho
Caroline Ho worked as a designer in Shanghai and Hong Kong, and often took up pro bono design work for charities and organisations such as the Charles K Kao Foundation for Alzheimer’s Disease, Hong Kong
Tianjin Business and Professional Women Association, Musicus Society, Youth Global Network, Heep Hong Society. Caroline previously founded and presided over the University of Illnois Urbana Champaign’s United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). She is currently director of Women Helping Women Hong Kong and a member of the Hong Kong Tianjin Business and Professional Women Association.
